SMS Terms
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These SMS Terms explain how Vantage AI Automation LLC (“Vantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses text messaging for operational alerts, service-call notifications, and service-related follow-up messages.
By providing a phone number to Vantage, submitting a form, becoming a Vantage client, or providing a phone number during a service-call interaction with a participating business, you agree to receive transactional and operational SMS messages related to the applicable request, workflow, or service interaction.
Types of SMS Messages
Vantage may send SMS messages for purposes such as:
- Service-call acknowledgements
- Callback or appointment-related follow-up
- Notifications that a service request was received
- Operational alerts to participating service businesses
- Job intake summaries
- Urgency or routing notifications
- Support or account-related communications
- Workflow status updates
Vantage SMS messages are intended for transactional and operational purposes. They are not intended for unrelated marketing blasts.
Who May Receive Messages
SMS messages may be sent to:
- Vantage clients or authorized business contacts who have provided their phone number for operational notifications.
- Customers, callers, or property contacts who provide a phone number when contacting a participating service business or requesting service-related follow-up.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Vantage, your relationship with a participating business, and the number of service requests, alerts, or workflow events involved.
You may receive one or more messages per service request or operational event.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Vantage is not responsible for carrier charges, delayed messages, or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. After that, you should no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable sender unless you opt back in where supported.
Opting out of SMS does not necessarily cancel a service request, appointment request, support request, account relationship, or other business interaction. A participating business or Vantage may still contact you through other lawful methods where appropriate.

Consent
By providing your mobile number in connection with a Vantage service, Vantage client relationship, website form, service request, phone call, appointment request, callback request, or related workflow, you consent to receive transactional and operational SMS messages related to that interaction.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Vantage unless SMS is necessary for the specific operational workflow you request.
Mobile Data Sharing
Mobile opt-in data and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers to help deliver, secure, support, and manage SMS communications, but those providers may only use such information as needed to provide services to Vantage.
Supported Carriers
SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
